Oven reheating instructions

General instructions for all items:
- remove lids from the containers
- add & cup of water to the pan if there is no juice
- place the pan uncovered in the oven unless otherwise noted .

Since ovens differ your cooking times may vary. check on the food often.

Allow the meat or fish to cook until it reaches your desired temperature (rare &well done) but be careful not to over cook them for they can get tough and dry.

Seafood/ fish
Preheat to 425
15 min.

Chicken
Preheat to 425
15-25 min.
*Roast chickens will take longer to reheat than chicken breasts.

Veal, lamb, beef, pork
Preheat to 425
15 min.

Pasta
Preheat to 425
10-12 min.
*Cover the pan with foil before putting in the oven . This allows the pasta to steam.

Vegetables
Preheat to 425
10-12 min.
*Cover the pan with foil before putting in the oven. This allows the vegetables to steam.

Be careful when removing the foil after the food has been cooked!!!

A lot of hot steam will be released and can cause burns.

 

Microwave reheating instructions

General instructions for all items:
* Remove plastic lid
- add 2 tbsp of water if there is no juice
- cover with paper towel or microwaveable lid it is best to reheat in 1 minute increments checking the temperature each time, rather than reheating for long periods of times, the edges can burn and your food can become dry or overcooked. cook times will vary depending on the type of microwave.

Seafood/ fish

Check and reheat 50 seconds at a time

Veal, lamb, beef

*Check and reheat for 2 more minutes until desired temperature

Chicken

*Check and reheat for 1 minute until desired temperature

Pork

*Check and reheat until desired temperature

Vegetables

*Check and reheat.

Stir mashed potatoes then heat again.

Be careful when reheating foods with bbq sauce!!! It contains sugar, which can burn you if it is too hot.
